NTIKPAY provides digital recharge & bill payment services. Once a transaction is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Cancellation Policy

A successfully completed recharge or bill payment cannot be cancelled. Users are requested to verify numbers/account details before confirming the transaction.

Refund Policy

Refund is only applicable in the following cases:

Condition Refund Status
Payment deducted but recharge/bill failed Refund processed
Transaction pending for long time due to operator issue Auto-reversal by bank/payment partner

Refund Processing Time

Refund is processed automatically and will be credited within 3–7 working days by the bank/payment partner.

If the amount is not refunded in the given time, please contact support.

Dispute Assistance

For assistance, users must provide the following details when contacting support:

  • Mobile / Service Number
  • Transaction ID
  • Date & Amount Paid

Please retain your transaction receipts and screenshots until the matter is resolved.
